  1. In Google Ads → Goals → Conversions → New conversion action → Import → Other data sources or CRMs → Track conversions from clicks. Name it exactly as below, value "Use different values", count "One". Save.
  2. In Google Ads → Tools → Bulk actions → Scripts, press +, paste the script below, press Authorise, then Preview to test.
  3. Press Save, and set the frequency to Hourly.

The script sends your daily spend and clicks here, and reports each paid invoice from a Google Ads enquiry back to Google Ads (only when the customer accepted cookies), so Google learns which clicks turn into paid jobs.

Bank – Revolut Business

Checking…

  1. Press Make certificate, then Copy certificate.
  2. On a computer, open Revolut Business → ⚙️ Settings → APIs → Business API → Add API certificate.
  3. Paste the certificate into X509 public key, and paste the redirect URI below into OAuth redirect URI. Name it Tyre Soldier Inbox and press Continue.
  4. Optional but recommended: under IP whitelist add 165.227.230.63 (your server).
  5. Copy the Client ID Revolut shows you into the box below and press Connect Revolut. Approve it in Revolut (read-only: the inbox can see transactions but can't move money).

Miles are measured in a straight line from your base to the customer's pin or postcode. Anything further than the 60-minute distance is left for you to price.

Diary

  1. On a computer, go to console.cloud.google.com signed in as the Google account that owns your calendar. Create a project called Tyre Soldier Inbox.
  2. Search for Google Calendar API and press Enable.
  3. Go to IAM & Admin → Service accounts → Create service account, call it inbox, press Done.
  4. Click it → Keys → Add key → Create new key → JSON. A small file downloads. Choose it below.
  5. In Google Calendar: ⚙️ Settings → your calendar → Share with specific people → add the robot email shown below → Make changes to events.
  6. On the same page, copy the Calendar ID (for your main calendar it's your Gmail address) into the box below and press Link calendar.
